I had 119 tests for the app and nothing for the forms

We ported Pet Med Reminder to Android this week, or rather astra did. By Monday I had a pitch for it, a big one, six weeks of appetite with maybe two of actual building and the other four sitting with Google, since the Play account is a personal one and you need twelve testers opted in for fourteen days before you can even ask for production. Monday evening I handed the pitch to astra and a couple of hours later there was a working app, and by the next morning a signed bundle, screenshots, the listing, all of it. So the two weeks of building were a day, and the four weeks of Google are still four weeks. What I keep thinking about is that astra disagreed with the pitch in six places and was right every time. I had the iOS test count wrong, I said we didn’t need an in-app privacy policy (Play requires one), I promised a max delay on alarms that nobody can promise, I claimed we send no identifiers when the analytics SDK sends one, and so on. Meanwhile I did the three Play Console declarations myself and got two of them wrong. Said the app collects no data, which it does. Set the audience to 13 and up, which pulls the whole thing under the Families policy. Both fixed now, but the thing is I had 119 tests for the app and nothing for the forms except me looking at them.
