1. Send the three Show Notes founder-welcome notes to the earlier sign-ups who never added a show (SN-51) → S1 (strangers who read a summary of a show they follow) and the Show Notes learning question. The notes are written and wait as drafts. Each asks one question: what were you hoping it would do? Carried for the second day.
2. Answer the weekly review questions in the Sept 28 standup (15 minutes) → every key result. Carried for the third day. The Oct 5 review, 4 days away, replaces them if they are still open then.

Pet Med Reminder has no task. Its cycle work is 1.12.0, which is in the review queue (4.3 days). Paroletta has no task. The next read is the Oct 5 review.
