Pet Med Reminder

Live Is it working for real people?

The job

When my pet is on a medication schedule I keep half-remembering, I want the dose either logged or clearly missed, so I stop reconstructing last week from memory.

Its role changed this cycle. It is no longer a product being grown; it is the instrument that measures whether anything here can be found by search at all.

The previous scorecard asked this app for 25 habitual users. That target is retired rather than missed: it was a growth headline for a product whose actual assignment is now measurement, and the arithmetic underneath it cleared only if everything upstream went perfectly.

On 28 August a real phone in Cerro Veronese went from install to a completed setup in 72 seconds, straight through the screen that most new users had been dying on. That is one person and not a rate. It is also the first time in the product’s life that the front door has been observed working.

P1 Run the App Store optimisation pass

This app converts at 4.72% from impression to download against a category median of 4.27%, with zero hours ever spent on its listing. Volume is the ceiling, not conversion: 614 impressions a month means even an excellent conversion rate yields under a hundred downloads. That makes the listing the cheapest lever anywhere in the portfolio, and the number it produces is what the top-level scorecard is blocked on.
