What is being built, and what it has to prove
Every project here is at one of a few stages, and the stage decides what it owes. A bet owes a claim and a date. Something live owes objectives with numbers attached. The thresholds are set before the measurement, not after, which is the only thing that makes any of the numbers below worth reading.

Why the bad numbers are still here
A threshold published before the measurement cannot be moved afterwards without everyone seeing it move. That is the entire point, and it is the reason the red rows stay red on this page instead of being rewritten into something kinder. A small number sitting next to a target set in advance says more about how the work is run than a polished summary ever could.
